I just love being a Nana, there is nothing quite like it. Once I found out that I was going to be a Grandmother for the first time, my ideas began to start coming quicker than I had time or energy to create them. When my oldest granddaughter moved near us, it was amazing how many hours she and I would spend down in the GREEN ROOM, that is what she called my sewing room because I had just refinished it and you guessed it...I painted the walls Apple Green!
When people come over to the house, she doesn't show them the toys she has over at my house but our GREEN ROOM, then she says " this is where we create!"
It has been fun designing and creating fun things for my granddaughters, my nieces and nephews and now great- nieces, and other friends who have become our family. I can't decide out of all the things I have made for them, which is my favorite? After you checked them out, let me know which one is your favorite?
