Hey dear friends, I have been out of town for 10 days with my new grandson Kai. What a treat it was to spend that time with him, and his Mom and Dad. He is so sweet and quite the little snuggler! Since they live in California, it almost didn't seem real that we had a grandson, until we finally got out hands on him. He is such a good boy. I watched him grow in just the short time I was there. He weighed in at 9lbs and 14 ozs when he was born, and by the time I left and he was a month old, he was weighing in at 13lbs!
It was soooo hard to leave him. I pray that we will stay close and he will always know that his Nana and Poppa love him.

Ok, enough of my bragging! I wanted to remind you all that I have my 2nd Demo class tomorrow ( Wednesday ) I will be teaching the self mitered corners baby blanket. The photo of it is on the post right after this one, it is cute so be sure and scroll down to see it ! It is a very easy technique and I even have quite a few bonus ideas for you, as you can see some of them below also.
